Gather a group and Dr. Thanasi Loukas will come to you. Botox, lip and facial filler, Kybella and PDO threads, performed at your home, salon or venue — by the same dentist, with the same products and the same standards you would get at our Park Ridge office.
Every guest is treated personally by Dr. Thanasi Loukas, DMD, who trained in facial aesthetics and thread lifting through the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics. Treatment is never delegated to a technician.
What It Actually Looks Like
Unhurried, one guest at a time, with an assistant present. The rest of the group carries on with the evening while each person has their turn.
The word “party” does this a disservice, because it makes people picture something improvised. What changes at an event is the setting and the company. What does not change is the clinical part.

Botox

The Part Most Pages Skip
Botox parties have a reputation, and some of it is deserved. The problems are real and they are worth naming, because knowing them is how you tell a good event from a bad one.
The injector. The risk in this format has never been the venue — it is events run by people without the training to manage a complication, or with no clinician present at all. Every guest at a Loukas Dentistry event is treated by Dr. Loukas himself.
The product. Counterfeit and grey-market botulinum toxin and filler are a genuine problem in the aesthetics market. Everything used at an event comes from the same authorised suppliers as the product in our office, and vials are opened in front of you.
The drinking. We ask guests not to drink before being treated. Alcohol thins the blood and makes bruising more likely — and, more to the point, consent given after several glasses of wine is not consent. Celebrate afterwards.
Saying no. Some guests will not be suitable candidates, and they are told so at the event, in front of their friends, having already got their hopes up. That is awkward and we do it anyway. A clinician who never turns anyone away at a party is not applying a clinical standard to it.
Complications. They are uncommon, and they are managed the same way they would be in the office — including having hyaluronidase on hand when hyaluronic acid filler is being used, so a vascular problem can be treated immediately rather than after a drive.
What It Costs
Pricing at an event is the same as pricing in the office — Botox by the unit, filler by the syringe. There is no house-call surcharge and no premium for the setting. What each guest pays depends entirely on what they have treated, and they are told the exact figure before anything is done.
Hosts are looked after. Call and we will explain how that works for the size of group you have in mind, along with what a typical guest spends, so you can tell people what to budget before they arrive.

Questions People Ask Before Booking
How many guests do I need?
Enough to make the evening worthwhile for everyone involved. Rather than publish a rigid number, call us — group sizes vary and we would rather tell you honestly whether yours works than turn you away from a page.
Is it as safe as coming to the office?
The clinical standards are identical: same clinician, same products, same sterile single-use instruments, same individual health screening and consent. The office has better lighting and a proper chair, which is why some longer or more technical treatments are better booked there. For Botox and most filler, the setting makes no meaningful difference.
Can I have a house call just for myself?
Ask. It depends on the day, the distance and what you want treated. Often the answer is that coming to the office is quicker for you and cheaper for everyone — but we will tell you that rather than simply saying no.
What if a guest changes their mind?
Then they do not get treated. Nobody is charged for turning up, and nobody is talked into anything. Guests are welcome to come along, ask questions and book a consultation at the office instead.
How long do results take to show?
Filler is visible immediately, with swelling settling over a few days. Botox begins working at three to five days and reaches full effect at about two weeks. If you are booking around an event, allow two weeks between treatment and the occasion.

Dr. Loukas, at the Park Ridge office. Every guest gets our direct number, and reviews or adjustments after an event are not charged separately.
