Dr. Thanasi Loukas graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2006. While at Tufts he achieved clinical honors for his work in implant dentistry. After graduation he started private practice in Park Ridge.
Dr. Loukas is experienced in all aspects of general dentistry. |

Dr. Loukas is certified in Invisalign orthodontic treatment (clear braces) and performs root canals with the most advanced techniques by utilizing rotary endodontics which allows him to complete the treatment in one appointment in most cases. Dr. Loukas enjoys restoring teeth with white fillings and esthetic porcelain crowns. He provides his patients with a perfect smile by placing veneers and performing tooth whitening. In cosmetic cases, Dr. Loukas utilizes digital photography to communicate to the dental lab and create more realistic restorations.
Dr. Loukas is a member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society. He is also a chairperson of the Hellenic American Dental Society. Dr. Loukas is constantly updating his education though continuing education courses and seminars. |

Dr. Maria Loukas graduated from Loyola University of Chicago in 1980 with high clinical honors. After graduating from Loyola University of Chica go, Dr. Loukas was in private practice in Chicago for 12 years before moving the practice to Park Ridge in 1992. |

Dr. Loukas has completed countless hours of continuing education and has experience on subjects like advanced prosthodontics, anterior esthetics, pediatric dentistry, periodontics and implant restoration.
Dr. Maria Loukas has been practicing in Park Ridge for over 16 years. As practicing dentist for 27 years, Dr. Loukas has dedicated her professional life to the total care of her patients, not only for their dental needs but for the person as a whole. She is very compassionate to the emotional state of the patients. Her strong personality does not affect her gentle touch. Dr. Loukas is very proud of the fact that she has many patients from the very first summer she started practicing. This is a testimonial not only to the great dental care she has provided all these years but to the warmth of her welcoming everyone.
As a general dentist she is able to perform many of the necessary procedures to restore oral health and to return it to a healthy state where it is easy to maintain it by giving great emphasis on prevention.
According to the feedback from the young patients, Dr Loukas has been a great influence and a role model for many of them and they may follow in her footsteps as her son certainly did.
Dr. Loukas recently traveled to Chihuauwa, Mexico to provide volunteer dentistry to the native population of the Taramuara Indias. |

Peggy has been with our office for over 16 years. Over her time spent with us, Peggy has shown her dedication and love of the dental profession. She is certified for coronal polishing (cleaning) and placement of sealants. Peggy is very knowledgeable about dental health and enjoys teaching patients what she knows. |

| She is always willing to answer any question patients may have about procedures. She is fluent in sign language as well. Her favorite aspect of her job is she loves meeting new people. She especially loves working with children, which instinctively brings out the maternal side of her. |
